SIGN UP TO OUR NEWEST PROJECT: BREAD & CONFLICT PROJECT
A 4-day journey to learn, create, and share through food.
Bread, pizza, sweets, and chocolate become tools for dialogue, memory, and community. The course aims to build a basic knowledge of baking in different areas, giving participants the chance to experience techniques ranging from bread and pizza to pastries and chocolate. But Bread and Conflict is not only about producing an e-book of recipes and stories.
The deeper aim is to create a community of baking enthusiasts and to give participants — especially those with refugee backgrounds — a first professional insight into the world of baking. Through hands-on practice, they can discover what it means to work with bread, pizza, pastries, or chocolate, and hopefully develop specific skills that may open opportunities for their future.

Why Bread and Conflict
Each meeting is more than a workshop: it’s an opportunity to share experiences, knowledge, and memories, weaving together different cultures around the table.
At the same time, it is also a first step into the professional world of baking, offering participants the chance to gain skills, discover talents, and imagine new opportunities for their future.
